Rev. Elizabeth Hurd is serving with us until 
June 30, 2026. Starting July 1, we will welcome Rev. Cori Clevenger as our pastor. We look forward to welcoming Rev. Clevenger.

Jo Anna Risk 

Jo Anna has been a part of West Bloomfield United Methodist Church for 31 years, since her youngest son was confirmed here. She's an RN by profession, and when she retired from her last position at Wayne State. University, she started volunteering as a clinic nurse with the NOAH Project in Detroit, a ministry that is near and dear to her heart. 

She is blessed to be the secretary here, and is thankful for all those in this church family who trained, guided, and helped her become the incredible secretary she is today!

Music Director

Lori Payton 

Lori has been with us since 2025. She directs our vocal and bell choirs, as well as provides beautiful music for us each Sunday morning. 

Custodian

David Carlson 

David Carlson is a long-time member of West Bloomfield United Methodist Church, and a long-time custodian for the church as well. He is a big fan of Detroit Sports and of the University of Michigan.
